One more week

One more week, then it will be time for our warm weather adventure to Portugal and then traveling on to Barcelona for 5 days.

We will be traveling with friends that we met a few years back on our cruise of Holland.

Still Paradise

Well here it is beginning of the week 2 and you could tell by the photographs there's still no snow here and it's still a little bit of paradise.  The temperature has only been fluctuating 3 to 4 degrees everyday I can put up with that.

Since it is cold and snowy in Ohio we have taken our annual sojourn to Mexico where it is 75 and sunny.

The forecasted high is for the weak are between 83 and 86 can't beat that.

Since arriving I have had little more than shorts and a t-shirt on.

Another year

Well it's the end of another trip to the warmth of Mexico This year we visited a new area, Isla Mujeres. We met some new friends, Gene and Jana Berghoff and had a lot of family come to visit.

Our friend Ken was looking good and getting back to his old self after having a year of serious medical problems Everyone was glad o see him and how well he was doing.

The weather was great as usual with only two rainy days and a few windy ones. The rest of the time it was in the mid 80's and sunny.

Reservations are made for next year when it will once again be time to leave the cold gray sky's of Ohio behind.

We are now in Houston visiting with family on our way home.
